I’ve always liked Stallone, over the years, yes, he’s been obsessed with sequels, but he’s made some really enjoyable movies, with a few classics thrown in. In Tulsa King, he could very well be his best work from an acting standpoint, he just really gets into the role of a mob boss.

Fun to watch, worth checking out

The series itself has an interesting story, it’s well written, making full use of the humor of a New York mobster in Tulsa Oklahoma without getting silly at all, throwing in a healthy dose of violence, good writing and dialogue, and a great cast of supporting actors and characters, and they have a winner.
